Cozy hotel with clean rooms. Our room was quiet and secluded, away from any street noise. The staff quickly accommodated our request for a different room. The location is great, close to both the main square and the Jewish quarter. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay in a central location close to all the sites. The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. It was convenient to use the tram system to get around this city.

The rooms are large, clean, and warm. The bathrooms are modern and fit for purpose. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, with options to request extras such as omelettes and bacon. The hotel also offers a minibar and safe in the rooms.
The layout of the rooms can be impractical and may need improvement.
